Message from an Alumni Member
I joined Pi Alpha Gamma Sorority in my first year of university in September 2012. I came from a small town so coming to a city was daunting to say the least. Was I ever going to make friends? Could this organization of brilliant women be for me? It turned out that joining this amazing group of women and contributing to its growth was something I always wanted and needed in my life.
Pi Alpha Gamma has allowed me to grow as an individual and explore how I could truly be a leader. It has given me incredible volunteer opportunities and igniting a passion for philanthropy. It gave me people to support me in my academic and life endeavors. But the one thing that means the most to me; The sorority gave me a home away from home. A second family. True friends. My sisters.
I love and am proud to have served as Pi Alpha Gamma's President & Membership Intake and Marketing Chair (or recruitment chair for short) for two years! I have been lucky enough to be a part of the growth of this organization from its founding year and I am so proud of everyone involved! On top of this, I am excited to be a part of our bright future ahead as a dedicated Alumni.
